Who Can Nominate: Nominations will be accepted from the analyst/product creator(s), peers, sworn partners, agency leadership, and industry partners. Members are encouraged to nominate their own products.

Nomination Anonymity: To prevent people from feeling self-conscious for nominating their own work, the nominators will remain anonymous for voting purposes. Only Board members will know who nominated each product.

Eligibility: Nominees must be active MACIA members in good standing throughout 2025. Reciprocity or analysts from other regional associations are not eligible for MACIA awards

Submission Limit: Only one product per nominee will be included in the final voting, with the exception for people that are a part of a group/or primary contributor on another analyst's product.

Product Categories: Depending on the volume of product submissions, there may be multiple awards granted, separated by product category.

Please redact CJIS data from products as necessary. If we receive products that have obvious things to be redacted, we may reach out. As usual, follow your agency's policies.

The Tri County Law Enforcement Association (TCLEA) and the Midwest Association of Crime & Intelligence Analysts (MACIA) are excited to announce their highly anticipated 2025 Annual Training Conference, taking place at the classic Madden's Resort on Gull Lake from Monday, October 13th to Wednesday, October 15th.

The conference promises a comprehensive program featuring a wide range of case studies, technical training, and networking opportunities designed to hone the skills of both investigators and crime and intelligence analysts. Vendors will also have the opportunity to participate in the evening networking sessions on both Monday and Tuesday, engaging directly with attendees to build relationships with law enforcement professionals, analysts, and key decision-makers from across the region.

Following the success of our inaugural event in 2024, we expect to welcome over 125 attendees, including both sworn and civilian law enforcement professionals. This is the only general investigations and analysis conference of its kind in Minnesota, making it a prime opportunity for vendors to showcase their innovative solutions to the individuals driving crime analysis and investigative efforts throughout the state.

Join us in Brainerd to connect, collaborate, and help shape a safer future for our communities!

There is a room block reserved at Madden's for vendors and attendees. Book your stay directly with Madden’s here or by calling 1-800-642-5363
