The Tri County Law Enforcement Association (TCLEA) and the Midwest Association of Crime & Intelligence Analysts (MACIA) are excited to announce their highly anticipated 2026 Annual Training Conference, taking place at the classic Madden's Resort on Gull Lake from Monday, October 12th to Wednesday, October 14th, 2026.

The conference promises a comprehensive program featuring a wide range of case studies, technical training, and networking opportunities designed to hone the skills of both investigators and crime and intelligence analysts.

Sponsorship is for those who do not plan to be present as an exhibitor, but still want the opportunity to have their name/product highlighted during the event, gaining recognition with law enforcement professionals, analysts, and key decision-makers from across the region.

Following the success of our 2025 conference, we expect to welcome over 125 attendees, including both sworn and civilian law enforcement professionals to our 3rd annual event. This is the only general investigations and analysis conference of its kind in Minnesota, making it a prime opportunity for sponsors to showcase their innovative solutions to the individuals driving crime analysis and investigative efforts throughout the state.
