Who Can Nominate: Nominations will be accepted from the analyst/product creator(s), peers, sworn partners, agency leadership, and industry partners. Members are encouraged to nominate their own products.

Nomination Anonymity: To prevent people from feeling self-conscious for nominating their own work, the nominators will remain anonymous for voting purposes. Only Board members will know who nominated each product.

Eligibility: 

• Products created between 11/1/2025 and 11/30/2026 will be considered.
• Nominees must be an active MACIA member in good standing as of Sept. 1, 2026.  
• Sworn members are eligible for nomination as long as they had substantial analyst-focused duties during the nomination timeframe. Reciprocity or analysts from other regional associations are not eligible for MACIA awards. 

Submission Limit: Only one product per nominee will be included in the final voting, with the exception for people that are a part of a group/or primary contributor on another analyst's product.

Product Categories: Depending on the volume of product submissions, there may be multiple awards granted, separated by product category. 

Nominated products will NOT be submitted online -- the awards committee will reach out to the nominee to obtain an approved CJIS redacted copy of the product for the voting phase.
