If you are not currently employed as a crime analyst or with a law enforcement agency, or even if you are, there is a certificate program available at Century College in Minnesota. It is a great program that is taught by current and former analysts and law enforcement.
IACA
If you are currently employed as a crime analyst or with a law enforcement agency you can take courses to become a Certified Law Enforcement Analyst (CLEA) through the IACA. This program is for experienced analysts who can meet a number of training, experience and other requirements on a point scale to qualify to sit for a certification exam. IACA CLEA Program

ALPHA GROUP
If you are currently employed as a crime analyst or with a law enforcement agency you can take courses to become a Certified Crime and Intelligence Analyst (CCIA) through the Alpha Group. This requires you to attend and complete projects in four courses, each concentrating on a different area of analysis and set of techniques. The Alpha Group
IALEIA
If you are currently employed as a crime analyst or with a law enforcement agency you can take courses to become a Criminal Intelligence Certified Analyst (CICA) through the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA).
